new zips with updated dtapi module

Dtapi has had several new endpoints added and there can be conflicts with new extensions that need more recent versions if the ones used in these common ones get out of date since our remote plugin module only loads one for all extensions.

So I updated these to use the latest version and limit potential conflicts.
