Add OpenKit .NET Standard 2.0 support #36

This is mainly intended for mobile applications, such as Xamarin applications targeting ANdroid, iOS and such. But this can alos be used for .NET Core 2.0 applications as well as .NET Standard 4.6.1 apps.
