The following points are implemented by now:

App developer does not need to call initialize any longer -> method is removed from interface and is called in OpenKitFactory
WebRequestTracer.startTiming and WebRequestTracer.stopTiming methods are renamed to WebRequestTracer.start and WebRequestTracer.stop

This is just an intermediate pull request to adjust the API. The real fix is coming at a later PR.
