Add tab completion to /js

/js command should have tab completion, for example writing /js server.getOn should prompt to complete to server.getOnlinePlayers

Old /js command does not exist anymore; dedicated commands for reloading and running tests are used instead.

Added tab completion for the new /js command (reload and test). Releasing soon...
