Resin cannot be smelted to Rubber #451

When trying to smelt resin to get some rubber I get the error that I cannot smelt resin.

I know there is a quick solution, but I opened this ticket for Dysoch to fix.

I'm having the same problem with version 1.9.9

i'm fix it. and made recipes for adv. processing-ubit diamond-processing-unit. also i return nuclear items. Not all of this work. i'm rebalance rubber it's take 5 resin instead of one https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9lkmMJtNTjXd0dZSWcyek0zeU0
