Add consumption for antimatter fuel rods. #120

Adjust all time stat view to differentiate between amounts and rates.

@brokenmass turns out I introduced a bug for the all time view. This should fix that. Also wanted to get in a change to count consumers of antimatter fuel rods.

I uploaded a DLL here

@brokenmass this is ready to go, but since there are 3 things being addressed here, I can split it into 3 PRs, if you prefer.
