Burn Up doesn't remove Fire typing
What are the steps to reproduce the bug?
Have a fire type pokemon with Burn Up, click Burn Up on enemy mon that doesn't have flash fire, then click it again and it'll do damage even though it should be removing the fire typing from the pokemon
