PP-UP/Max PP increase resets after player battles #162

What is the bug? If you use the PP-Up/Max to increase your pokemon's PP, the increase will reset after battling with "Battle Rules" on.

What are the steps to reproduce the bug? Increase your Pokemon's move's PP with a PP-Up/Max, then send it into battle with "Raise to Cap" and "Full Heal" both on.

What version of Pixelmon and Forge are you on? Current Launcher version/ 8.4.2

I can't seem to reproduce this on our latest code, so it's either fixed already in next version or I'm unable to reproduce
