Repel bug #179

What is the bug? I used a repel in a creative world, now almost nothing spawns in any of my worlds.

What are the steps to reproduce the bug? Use a repel, probably the same applies to the other two. Pokemon will stop spawning in all your worlds, not only the one you used the repel into. The item description says "for 100 steps", so I tried walking and waiting some minutes, but it doesn't end.

What version of Pixelmon and Forge are you on? 8.4.2 Technic

Please provide any screenshots or crash reports if needed.

Item description says steps when its actually Minecraft tick based. It does expire and will leave this open as a potential enhancement to move it to being step based over time based.
