When a player has collected 100 Zygarde cells in the Zygarde cube item, they can interact with the Zygarde Machine to construct the different forms or merge them together.
When the player creates a 100% with powerconstruct ability it can then be deconstructed into 100 cells in the cube and this process can be redone.
But when first constructing a 10%, the dog form, and then combining that with the 90 cells in the cube, it creates the 10% form with power construct ability and the same stats as the 10%.
When the player then tries to deconstruct the technically 100% Zygarde to cells, the player only recieves 10 cells in the cube when they should be given back all 100 cells.
As this first clip shows, deconstruction and construcion of the pure 100% form can be repeated aswell as it changes nature and IV's of the pokemon.
