What is the bug?
Basically ditto's hidden ability imposter copies the type, Ability, moves and Stat changes of the opposing Pokémon but not their base stats (normally it should also copy the stats of the opposing Pokémon)
What are the steps to reproduce the bug?
Just use an imposter ditto against a pokemon and if the ditto's speed is lower it will get outsped or alternatively use an imposter ditto and use the same move on a pokemon and let the Pokémon use the same move on the transformed ditto and see the damage difference
What version of Pixelmon and Forge are you on?
Pixelmon generations 1.12.2 - 8.5.1
