What is the bug?
Imposter and Transform don't work properly. Take Imposter Ditto for example. Imposter copies the stats of the opposing Pokemon exactly except for HP. In Pixelmon, Imposter and Transform do not copy the stats of the opposing Pokemon, The only thing it is copying currently is its moves, ability and typing. Its stats remain the same as Ditto. What are the steps to reproduce the bug?
Make an NPC with a level 1 Pikachu and give it Tackle. Use a Lv. 100 Ditto on the NPC.
If the Ditto OHKO's Pikachu, the bug is still in place. If it doesn't, then you fixed it.
What version of Pixelmon and Forge are you on?
