I think it may be a good idea to hire/find someone in the community to make some basic videos of how to do specific things in the mod. Youtube is full of pixelmon reforged content that unfortunately is now entirely different to how a lot of the game mechanics in the generations mod works. I have encountered countless people that have searched the web for how to summon their favourite legends only to be disappointed when I tell them that it works entirely different to how the video says it works (e.g. legend summons or ultra space travel methods). this could also help a great deal in not only advertising the mod pack but keeping players from converting to reforged. I know that this is not really something concerning the mod itself but it would be a huge quality of life improvement and could drastically help the community and could also be used when the forums are eventually updated.
