Uncatchable and Unbreedable pokespecs don't work with /pokespawn

What is the bug? The new uncatchable and unbreedable pokespecs don't work with /pokespawn.

What are the steps to reproduce the bug?

• /pokespawn random uncatchable, you can still catch the pokémon.
• /pokespawn random unbreedable, you can still breed the pokémon. Works flawlessly with /pokegive and /pokegiveegg.

What version of Pixelmon and Forge are you on? Pixelmon 8.7.1, Forge 14.23.5.2860
