What is the bug? (Bug reported in DM by another user) Base Sneasel cannot evolve. Hisuian Sneasel evolves with base Sneasel method.

What are the steps to reproduce the bug? From Bulbapedia:

Sneasel evolves into Weavile when leveled up holding a Razor Claw at night.
Hisuian Sneasel evolves into Weavile when exposed to a Razor Claw at night, into Sneasler when exposed during the day.

At the moment:

Sneasel cannot evolve.
Hisuian Sneasel evolves into Sneasler when leveled up holding a Razor Claw at any time.

What version of Pixelmon and Forge are you on? Pixelmon 8.7.1, Forge 14.23.5.2860
