What is the bug? The Ultra Npc quest does not appear when you interact with them. (Image attached)
What are the steps to reproduce the bug? Interact with a Ultra Npc, you will only receive the list of missing Beasts in chat.
What version of Pixelmon and Forge are you on? Pixelmon 8.7.1, Forge 14.23.5.2860
