I put a ghost gem on my Quilava and only needed one more level after first evolving to be Hisuian Typhlosion

This has happened to me in the most recent version of Pixelmon Generations, the Forge version is 14.23.5.2860

Unfortunately, I don't have screenshots of what happened, but it is easy to reproduce, I imagine that this same bug occurs with the other evolutions with gems
