Balms

There are currently 5 variants of Balms: the Forest, Marsh, Volcano, Mountain and Snow. Their crafting is expensive and they effectively become useless once their respective Lord/Lady is quelled. I suggest to merge them all into a single "Balm" item:

• Fill it with Pokeblocks (much like the Bundle)
• Throw it an infinite amount of times, losing one block each time it is thrown.
• It becomes more or less effective against a specific Noble depending on the amount and type of pokeblocks contained.
