CSIP21 - mdRef not recognised even though it exists #20

I am getting a warning when I try to validate IP_18006_SIARD2_1Rep_externallobs https://github.com/DILCISBoard/eark-ip-test-corpus/pull/225 I believe there is a mdRef in the package. Both in root METS (line 33) and representation METS (line 21). I therefore think it is a bug in the validator.
