Footer is not stuck to bottom of page

I fixed it, basically made the height a specific number in pixels- unfortunately with the way I created the footer, it isn't exactly correct, but it works and should be at the bottom for every type of device.

Since the potential to grow the IT team is being thought of while creating the website, this is the only way to do this - since you might be adding the contacts to the footer in the future
