e-rihs_vocab_url: a list of pids to the vocabulary URL pulling them straight from the vocab list would make it easier.
preferred_label - if it is easy to do I would be happy to hide it and populate it automatically based on the vocab term.
measurable_properties > measurable_property > property agreed this would need to be a controlled list
measurable_properties > measurable_property > material_category again yes - there may have been a list in the IPERION-HS COS that we can use?

Ok, I have now added in a Material Properties list based on these terms - I have added in very rough AI generated definitions but I have not linked any of these to defined terms in AAT or Wikidata etc. This can be done as an additional step
