I am aware that some labs charge their fees per sample instead of time. Therefore, we should provide this option.

I have flagged this with the E-RIHS Hub - can you provide some more details here of the process and potentially some actual documentation, describing the process of offering services by sample, if it exists.

There is a simple price list from our lab. Foe example,

ICP-MS trace element analysis 50€/per sample MC-ICP-MS lead isotopic analysis 100€/per sample XRF 30€/per sample SEM-EDS 20€/per sample
