Section 9.3.1.

The disco decomposition is done, you will also see another directory called R test I create this to test the implementation if possible using the R language so we are sure everything work as expected.

Please if anyone create an R test for a new or past function it should be pushed on the R tests.

I will not close the issue until anyone check it again and confirm that everything is working as expected, as you may understand the math behind it better than me and can have a better overview.
