Such an option would be useful. It happens some of my followers are blocked and I want to prevent that.

There is another addon named twitter-block-chain that have of a feature like this. You can check their open source code.

I'm considering to support this feature from version 3. However, I'm sorry to say that it may take some time before the release of v3.
