Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A lot of mod users install both cybercmd and red4ext for the game, which will prevent red4ext mods from working. There is a warning about this on the cybercmd mod page but a lot of people never read that.
Describe the solution you'd like
Have these two mods be seen as an automatic conflict with Vortex, so deploying mods becomes impossible until one of the two is disabled.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Informing people via the mod download obviously does not work, and updating cybercmd and red4ext to be aware of eachother seems like a too complex fix for a user error.
Additional context
I'm an active member on the mod-support channel of the modding Discord so I know how often this comes up. This seems like a solution that would help a lot of people so if it can be implemented, that would be great.
