Publish on Overleaf #12

I have synced this repo with an ordinary document on Overleaf.

As per this guide:

https://www.overleaf.com/learn/how-to/How_do_I_update_a_template,_example_or_article_I%27ve_published_in_the_Overleaf_gallery%3F

it seems straightforward to make it into a template. Every time you re-submit, you will overwrite the template, with little or no version handling.

I can invite you as a collaborator @frehage to the overleaf version.

I have submitted a first version as a trial. It is now under review
