Updated file crossepg_loader.py. #18

Revised loadEPG and loadEDG. Changed code to replace os.system call which would randomly fail with enigma2 eConsoleAppContainer callback calls.

Is this code change either going to be accepted or rejected?

I've since changed my sat box to a Vu Duo and notice that this problem of the epg not loading also occurs on this box but it takes a good few weeks before it appears, like the dm800se a reboot resolves the issue. I'm going to manually change the code on my Duo and will test over the course of the next few weeks.
