Crash on foreca #15

This seem to be the issue

stream url change, 'self.loc_id' is no longer getting parsed correctly

Yes, that's the issue, Foreca site hss apparently been modified. Fix will be delayed a little, as I'm too busy ATM, hence can't.immediately start working on it.
