Persian locale problem #9

hi

folder structure should be like this :

/po/fa/LC_MESSAGES/

also take a look at Iran city list for City.cfg (updated and fixed) , replace the whole thing

i'm talking about "ir" folder , it's incorrect , it should be "fa" just like enigma2 and other plugins

OK, done. Weird, that OE stores Persian language in that folder.
