Feature Request: Click on "Timers" should always reload Timerlist #83

When already in the "Timerlist", klicking on "Timers" in the left menu ("Box Control" section) does not update/reload the Timerlist. This could be more intuitive and is helpful when waiting for timer updates (i. e. by Autotimer/SeriesPlugin). Instead, the user has to click somewhere else (i.e. Send a Message) and then klick "Timers" again.

Observed with OWIF 0.2.1 + Firefox 23.0.1 + Gigablue HD Quad + OpenMips 2.0 20130920

I will make a Refresh Button on top of Timerlist.
