This version of the Water Cycle (WC) Regionally Refined Mesh (RRM) has the same distribution of resolution as in WC14to60E2r3, including:
14 km resolution around North America and in the Arctic
60 km resolution at mid latitudes
30 km resolution at the equator
35 km resolution in the Southern Ocean
It matches the EC30to60 mesh except in the Southern Ocean and north Atlantic. This mesh is with Ice Shelf Cavities (wIsC) and has 64 vertical levels, with surface levels distributed similarly to those in the E3SM v2 WC14 initial condition. It is revision 1 (r1) of the mesh.
A G-case with data iceberg melt fluxes (DIB) and data ice-shelf melt fluxes (DISMF) will be run, and a link posted on the review page. Later, a B-case will also be run and analysis will be posted here and on the review page.

The mesh was created using compass, and a compass PR with updates related to this mesh is here: https://github.com/MPAS-Dev/compass/pull/699 a tag will be made as soon as the PR is merged: https://github.com/MPAS-Dev/compass/releases/tag/mesh_WCwISC14to60E3r1
The mesh will be reviewed here: https://acme-climate.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OO/pages/3924656629/Review+WCwISC14to60E3r1
