This branch seems not to crash for me on current master, and it shouldn't have any conflicts since it's based off latest master. This allocates and zero-initializes all data in vars.F90, sgs.F90, crmtracers.F90, micro_params.F90, microphysics.F90, and grid.F90. micro is for sam1mom only. It runs for me with full ACME with GNU on my laptop.
