The SMS_D_Ld1_P96.ne4_ne4.FSP[12]V1-TEST tests in the e3sm_ecp test suite do not complete in the allotted 04:00:00 job wallclock time on Cori. I propose we reduce this from a 1-day test to something shorter (say, Ln5 = 5 time steps).
