During the discussion on the PR , the following issues are identified as further investigation items.

investigate to limit the scope of -hipa0.
check if this has a performance impact for MMF and SCREAM cases
investigate the usage of "byteswapio" and "romio_cb_read" flags

This is the Github issue I was searching for. We should try to localize the usage of -hipa0 or even omit this for Frontier configuration if it doesn't impact targeted workloads there.
