[nonBFB vs homme] comparing long runs on March 08, 2018 #273

This is another run to compare ne30 simulations for hommexx vs homme. I only compared c executables in hommexx with homme executables for dry case and 72 levels. Both codes were built with -fast.

Folder is /gpfs1/onguba/runhomme/verifyVShommeMarch082018 . Commits are

Relative differences are of order or less: For rsplit=0, dynamics e-11, tracers e-12 For rsplit=3, dynamics e-10, tracers e-11.

In plots of zeta (vorticity), Q and Q2 I saw no differences at all.
