Make HOMMEXX namelist agree with HOMME's #307

A few namelist entries have changed in HOMME since HOMMEXX forked from it. For users' convenience, we should update HOMMEXX's namelist to agree.

do you mean parameters, like, say, nu_top or nu_div? or you meant filter nl and solver nl? i have put put these in all the time, so that hommexx does not crash.

there was also a bugfix for output frequencies, since hommexx will use F for output, i can bring it in.

@oksanaguba I mean everything. AFAIK, there is zero reason for xx's namelist to differ from h's. Even in vthread case, can simply ignore. Would be wonderful for users if they can run with same namelist for each.
