Update version of evv4esm #101

@mkstratos, is this ready to deploy? If so, I'll do so tomorrow.

@xylar Yup, this should be good to go, the new evv4esm version has propagated to the conda-forge repo

This has been deployed on Chrysalis (and Anvil), Andes, Badger, Compy, Cooley and Cori.

Permissions are still updating, but should be done in the next few hours
