Update EVV package version to 0.5.0 #112

The latest version of evv4esm, v0.5.0 has a number of improvements and bug fixes including the implementation of false discovery rate correction to MVK test results, a bug fix for the PGN test, and interface enhancements.

@mkstratos, I'm about to head off to AGU but I will also be testing a new version of E3SM-Unified next week. I'll deploy this environment along with that work.

@mkstratos, I've deployed on Anvil, Andes, Chrysalis, Compy and Perlmutter. I think that covers the machines we're currently supporting but let me know if I missed any. I'll go ahead and merge this.
