Add support for mache from fork/branch #114

This lets E3SM-Unified be installed as normal except with a test version of mache (e.g. with support for a new machine).

Testing

I used this branch to install E3SM-Unified 1.9.2 on the ALCF Polaris machine using https://github.com/xylar/mache/tree/add-alcf-polaris.
