Update EVV package version #92

evv4esm v0.2.5 has a bugfix for the TSC non-bfb test

Great, I'll deploy this on E3SM supported machines tomorrow. I uploaded the package: https://anaconda.org/e3sm/cime-env/files

I'm just keeping this PR open to remind me to deploy.

I'm merging this now just to make it easier for me to deploy. I'll post here again once deployment is done.

The new version has been deployed on Anvil/Chrysalis, Compy, Cooley and Cori. I'm still updating permissions but that should be done before anyone uses the envs.
