Further simulation table updates:

[x] Add column for ESGF or at least mention at the top that the preferred retrieval method is ESGF. All the native output is available at ESGF.
[x] Shorten display link for original run script to just be the suffix (keep actual URL the same).

Yes. The general URL for v2 is: https://esgf-node.llnl.gov/search/e3sm/?model_version=2_0 If it is desired to have one URL for each experiment, the above URL needs to be extended with the search criteria, an example for piControl: https://esgf-node.llnl.gov/search/e3sm/?model_version=2_0&experiment=piControl&ensemble_member=ens1
