[x] Update processing script to include d2m: 2m dewpoint temperature, sp: surface pressure, 10m wind speed
[x] Add new variable and derivation formula, QREFHT(d2m, sp)
[x] Include new datasets in LCRC data server

Hi Chris @golaz I have added new ERA5 data, pre-processing script and e3sm_diags codes for surface specific humidity and 10 meter wind comparison.
