Season selector not working for zonal_mean_2d_stratosphere #723

When "ANN" is set for seasons parameter, the zonal_mean_2d_stratosphere set plots all seasons. https://portal.nersc.gov/cfs/e3sm/chengzhu/v2_9_0_all_sets_tests/edvrc4/viewer/zonal_mean_2d_stratosphere/index.html
