Portal issues:

Scorpio fixes:

(Done) Use file max time component + number for name in DB table.
- Example: if max component is CPL: MPA and that filename is scorpio_summary_12345. Then the name would be MPA-12345.
(Done) Parse all files, and store based on the name above
