Testing

On Chrysalis, I did both Gnu and Intel test builds with spack, showing that they used the same software environment (built with Intel). I used these environments to run:

the pr suite
the cosine bell tests with viz
the ISOMIP+ Ocean0 planar test at 4-km resolution (which tests ESMF)

All tests were successful.
