Fix cores_per_node for Frontier #180

Should apparently be 56 rather than 64 (though that's hard to find in the docs).

Testing

With this fix and #181, Polaris tasks that use more than one Frontier node run successfully, whereas they fail with 64 cores per node and without the fix in #181.
