Mistmatch between doc and function name #30

Hi @cbegeman @xylar, Just a note that there is mismatch between the doc ./configure_polaris_env.py and the command/function ./configure_polaris_envs.py. Not a big deal but it means that copying the command lines in the doc fails. I can make a doc change PR myself later, I am just figuring out the doc at the moment.
