This is a small PR to turn to false micro_tend_output by default so that the P3 tendency output (30+ 3D variables).
Also included are very minor formatting changes.
The change reduces the number of output variables, so I suspect tests will come back with FAILs for comparison with baselines, but this has no impact on the simulation. [BFB]
