The current PR updates the linoz_v3 input of surface and vertical variables by separately read-in and input to lin_strat_chem_solve. The surface variables are "o3_clim_srf, ch4_clim_srf, n2o_clim_srf, noy_clim_srf" and single time series "ch4_avg_srf" are input through the new read_zasrf_trc_linoz to lin_strat_chem_solve directly.
This would allow individual treatment of tracers directly from the input forcing data rather than dealing with them insides the code.
Since the code does not change results, just the structure, no figures are posted.
