Still failing. Build: 768700405.

TimerTest EURUSD,M30: Alert: GetMin() value not correct! Got 15.00000000 which should be greater or equal to 16! - Assert fail on timer.GetMin()>=16 in TimerTest.mq5:46

Workaround in #267 (d624b48b2de3e7f0789bc73890e7f16b0b452db9), as it cannot be fixed properly due to some platform bug, where timer incorrectly counts time.
